Mellor Joinery are designers and manufactures of high quality joinery products. We can copy original or traditional designs and proportions, or create ultra modern designs to suit a more contemporary space.
All joinery items are made from good quality kiln-dried timber and fully treated with preservative where appropriate Many of our customers now choose to have their windows and doors fully finished with micro-porous paints or stains which gives up to six years before first maintenance.
We can produce almost any design, shape or size you can imagine to suit ultra modern or ancient buildings using really high quality materials, exciting modern door furniture or individually made copies of traditional or original designs are all available to complement your choice of design.
Living and working in the Peak District National Park, we are constantly asked to make or refurbish sash windows. Over the years we have developed many innovative ideas to bring the traditional sash window up to date by including good quality draught seals and excellent fastening and locking ideas, all of which are designed to compliment the window without affecting its' traditional appearance. Our high quality sash windows have been successfully installed in a large number of period, listed and historic buildings.

We design, manufacture and install individual staircases, balustrades, etc. to your requirements. We also supply and fit loft access ladders. and can suppy and install solid wood or laminate flooring.
